This video features summer cookies. These designs will allow me to show you all kinds of techniques and tips I use with glaze icing. The intent is not to show you how to copy the designs (although you certainly have the permission to do so), but rather for you to glean all kinds of new information that you can incorporate in your decorating to make it your own.
Supplies and tools used in this class are listed below.

Color gels used to color glaze (in general):
Americolor (more sizes found elsewhere on site)
Progels
For this set, used Americolor Super Black, Americolor Super Red, Progel Turquoise
Scribe tool
2 in 1 tool (aka: boo-boo stick)

Cutters:
US Flag - used largest rectangle from THIS SET, using 2nd to smallest rectangle for portioning the navy/stars area of flag
plaque cutter for seashells (any plaque will do)
Round fondant tool to separate popsicles
Fondant roller

Edible Clay Recipe HERE
Progel Cream food coloring added to edible clay to give natural look
Sugar Art Elite Dusts (for Popsicle Stick): 1) Golden Leaf & 2) Caramel
Food Color Markers for Kabobs (brown, orange, yellow, green)
Sugar Art Elite Dust - Elephant Grey for mushroom on kabob
Rainbow Dust dual-sided marker - black for mushroom
Sugar Art Sterling Pearl - Nu Silver for skewer on kabob
Blue Sanding Sugar Tray
Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar (for “sand” on seashell cookie)
Corn Syrup for sugars
White Sanding Sugar (for frost effect on popsicle)
