Personal Side
Last weekend I did two sets of cookies......flowers and a veggie tray.
Haha......what a contrast.
But at least they both grow out of the ground, right?
I've been busy working at my new job (things are hoppin' at the doctors office)
and preparing for our open house tonight.
That's where I'm taking the veggie cookies......
I even developed a new simpler grain-free recipe for the occasion.
It uses almond flour and arrowroot flour and doesn't have any gluten or grains in it. Yeah!
I was trying to eliminate some of the carb-load for cookies I'm taking to a wellness center. :)
I'm getting ready to dive into honey bee cookies this weekend.
The nice thing about the theme is that there are only THREE colors of icing.
After using THIRTEEN colors on my BBQ cookies last week, this is a welcomed change.
I can't wait to try out the new techniques and ideas I have in my head!
I believe spring is finally here and it's time to get out and enjoy the beauty.
What an awesome time to celebrate God's creation!
