INSPIRE 2019 Back-To-School Decorated Cookie Collection

I know, I know……no one wants to think about summer being over and school starting back (except maybe mom! haha). But school starts in a few weeks….so it’s time to get INSPIRED. :)

It’s funny…..I homeschooled my kids. So they were never in a “real” classroom. And yet, I really LOVE doing back to school cookies.

As has become my pattern…..I don’t want to just create a bunch of random cookies. I really want each collection to convey a message. INSPIRE is this collection’s theme. It’s my desire every day to inspire others the way God has inspired me to keep at this CRAZIE hobby I have. What better purpose in life than to inspire others to greatness……

❤️

Back To School Neon Styled Decorated Cookie Collection

Once again, this neon sign styled technique screamed to be done in back-to-school cookies. :)
I couldn't resist.

I think the effect works well since many back-to-school cookies are based on a black chalkboard. I love the simplicity of this kind... EVERY time. It's highly recommended. :)

Here's the Neon Sign Styled Decorated Cookies (Tutorial) post.

Back To School Cookies (Part 1)...... I know....I'm late ;)

I know I'm a bit late......but here's some back to school cookies
I did for my sister and her coworkers a few weeks ago.

Quilt & Sewing Collection

The entire quilt collection together.......

And the entire quilt & sewing collection all in one photo.

I've been baking and decorating like a mad woman this week....and used my new camera on cookie pics yesterday for the first time. It's a dream! I'm so excited (and grateful!) to have such clear nice photos with such ease.

Only six days left until Ukraine trip. Today I'm working on 120+ small cookies to take to the Ukrainian people. I've got flowers, lady bugs, butterflies, and tea pots. :)

I'll try to keep posting up to the time I leave......but no guarantees. I have to work (hospital) tomorrow (Sat) and Monday. That's why I had to get all the cookies done before the weekend. Once I finish work on Monday.....I only have two full days to finish packing and be ready to leave Thursday morning. Within those two days, my daughter leaves for a 9 week summer missions trip to Cleveland and my son comes home from a 4 1/2 month mission trip to Africa. Talk about a crazie house!!
But it's all good. So thankful. :)
