Personal Side
This has been one of those weeks when it hasn't gone as planned.
I'm a rather type-A scheduled person, so I had to "let it go" many times this week.....
My son suddenly needed my help with buying a "new" car when his was too costly to fix.
He came for a visit and suddenly didn't have a car to get him back to his apartment.
So we managed to take his old car to the junk yard, purchase a used car,
and title/license/insure the "new" car in about 51 hours.
It was a whirlwind 3 days....
But my son now has a much more reliable car and I'm back to my schedule.
(Isn't it amazing how you'll do almost anything for your kids?!)
Finally by Thursday I was able to start making some headway
with the planning of my CookieCon classes.
There's so much to think about when you are traveling across the country
and you need to take your whole cookie world with you. ;)
In three weeks, we will be in the thick of CookieCon!
It is very exciting.....but right now, it is daunting.
I have so much baking, decorating, and packing to do.
But it is a fun-kind-of-stress.
