My two biggest deterrents......cost & where would I store it?!
I have a big open great room that would not be very enhanced by a huge pan rack. ;)
So I've put if off.
I just keep letting my cookies dry on my dining room table.
I guess that doesn't really enhance my great room beauty either. lol
I use half sheet pans that I bought from Sam's Club in 2 packs. I love 'em!
A couple of weeks ago, a wonderful cookie friend suggested these awesome pan lids.
They are Nordic Ware Half Sheet Covers. They fit over my Sam's half sheet pans perfectly!!!!!
Now I can cover my cookies while they dry....
and even stack the pans on the table......nice and neat. :)
To say I'm excited is an understatement!
Who knew that pan lids could be so exciting?!.... hee hee
