To make a snowman cookie with top hat you will need:
- Snowman Cookie (see below)
- Black 10-Second Glaze
- White 10-Second Glaze
- Orange 10-Second Glaze
- Black Food Color Marker
Cut out a cupcake cookie and a circle cookie and piece them together as shown
Outline and flood the hat portion with black glaze.
To prevent bleeding, allow it to dry for a few hours before
outlining and flooding the circle with white glaze.
Allow the cookie to dry overnight.
Using black and orange glaze, add eyes and a carrot nose.
Use a food color marker to make a mouth, eyebrows, or any other details you'd like.
Feel free to embellish the hat with a colorful flower, holly leaves, or band around the base.

So cute!
Cute. I don't have the snowman with the hat so this tutorial is great for me.
So glad to accommodate you, Kathy. :) Have fun! ♥
Wow that's a lot of piecing together! You are so creative in thinking up all that to make a specific snowman! Fantastic job Pam! Thanks for sharing, Cristin
You don't ever have any issues w/ darker colors bleeding into your white? If my two colors touch, they usually bleed...
Yes. I have issues with darker colors bleeding, Mera. But I've learned to prevent most of the problem. Whenever I'm putting white next to black, red, or navy, I always let the darker color dry overnight before I add the lighter color. I use a heat gun to "flash dry" them and I use an oscillating fan to dry my cookie quicker. I still get bleeding, but not near as much.
