Greyscale Glamour Cookies

My cookie friend, Georganne, challenged all of us to make a set of cookies with "no color".

So I mixed up some black, white, and a few shades of grey......and made a bunch of cookies. :)
I was pleasantly surprised at how fun it was to take the color out of the equation and just decorate.

Hey.....you can join in the fun too.
Make some cookies void of color and link them to LilaLoa's Link Party

Nobody does plaid like you, Pam. Even in grayscale!

These are so pretty!! I just keep coming back to stare at them. Did you use silver jimmies for the flower stems??!! I am SO glad you shared these!!

You're so kind, Georganne. Thank you!

Yes, I used silver jimmies for the flower stems....and pearls for the actual flowers.

Thanks for the challenge. It was such a pleasure to do something I never would have come up with on my own. :)

Beautiful, beautiful cookies. I love your plaids and argyles. Please do a tutorial on these sometime, mine don't ever quite come out looking like plaid, but funky squares. The paint swatch, the cupcake liner....all just great!

Thanks Hannah's Auntie. I hold the plaid method a little close.....just because it is one of the only things I'm somewhat unique with it. So I won't be showing a tutorial on that. But I'm willing share just about anything else. :)

:) Thanks for understanding. And what I tell people that really want to do plaid..... study lots of plaid colors. You'll get it. ♥
