Neil's College Graduation Cookie Collection

Cookies to commemorate a proud moment
in my son's life.....
and in our family's life. :)

Just two weeks ago,
my son, Neil, graduated from HLGU.

Needless to say,
we are so very proud of him.
He is our first college graduate.
I wanted to make him extra special cookies for the occasion.
I had too. Neil's mom is CookieCrazie. ;)

This photo says a thousand words. :)

Awww Bea.....You're the sweetest. I'm so glad those cookies arrived practically when you got home from vacation. Something to come home to. Love you, my dear friend! ♥

Congratulations to your son and to you for a job well done!  I love how you did the tassels.  Who knew you could achieve such detail using glaze icing??  All the cookies are beautiful!

Big CONGRATS ... I know what a proud mom you are, isn't it wonderful!  Love the cookies (as always :) but I have a question ~ Did you paint on the Hannibal University Cookie with a paintbrush? If so, what medium did you use for the white?  Or, if you did this with an edible marker, where did you find it in white?  Thanks so much College Grad Mom :)

Thanks Donna. For the writing, use Americolor Bright White gel and a #2 round paint brush (super tiny brush) to write on the cookie. ♥
