Logo Cookies....Easy?

This last week I did some logo cookies.

When someone asks me to do a logo, I'm pretty hesitant.
I've done my share of logo/brand type cookies.

(Click on the photos to go to the blog post.)

I've done Rams football cookies......

'Ole Miss and cross country logos....

My oldest son's college, Hannibal LaGrange University....

A friend's son's college, William Jewell College....

The Army logo for my youngest son's high school graduation.....

And then again for his Army Basic Training graduation....

More recently (and I haven't even shown you this whole realtor set yet), these realtor signs....

But the one that nearly did me in.....
were these Alabama football cookies.
Oh my! What was I thinking!!!!!

I did these last fall.....and ever since then,
when someone says "logo" or brand name, I am very leary. lol

Thankfully, this most recent request was for a very easy logo.....

So I said yes.
With the KopyKake....it wasn't terribly hard to make them semi-uniform.

But now you see why I am very careful to say yes to logo cookies. ;)

Well, I for one, think the ones for Alabama are fabulous!! I think you did a great job on them, but I certainly understand your hesitancy...I feel the same way about Logo cookies.

OMG!  Those elephants must have been SOOOO HARD!!  Yikes!  I would have had to say no to those! You did an awesome job!

Your Alabama cookies were Raise The Roof sensational. Recently, a friend asked if I could do some heart cookies. After I said yes, she went on to explain that she wanted a logo and writing on the entire order of bagged cookies. Without a KopyKake, I am choking! Unfortunately, she will be getting 3 dozen originals. Uniformity isn't in my cookie vocabulary.

Thanks Nicky. Yes.....they were the hardest cookies I've done.

You're so sweet. Thank you so much for your kind comments.

I understand that choking feeling. Today I'm kickin' myself that I agreed to make 11 different type cookies for a 2 dozen cookie order. The # of colors I have to make is ridiculous. What was I thinking?! Crazie....yep. Totally. :)

Uniformity is hard. The only reason those "W" cookies have any uniformity is because of the KK. I'm terrible at making things the same.

Blessings to you....

That was the problem....the detailed elephant. Next time I'll know. :)

As I was reading through, I was loving the canon camera (I do photography too, so you can see why!) then scrolling to he army cookies - fantastic. But as I scrolled further I saw the Alabama cookie set... Blew my mind. Must've been very hard to create and the intricate details. Well done Pam, you must've been ecstatic with the end result. I know I wouldn't have wanted to eat them after!
