My Choice for a "Whatever Cookie I Want to Do" Day

Of course, quilts........I love to do them, and when I don't have any other cookies (seasonal or orders) I need to do.....then I often default to them. I especially wanted to do them this time because I had chocolate dough and love the black cookie background for the quilt. Just like the blue quilt cookies in my header....I wanted to do something similar, but use pink and electric green.

This one is a huge cookie......4 1/2" x 3 1/4". All the surface area allowed me to go crazie. lol

And here's my pink and electric green quilt collection....

Tomorrow I'll show you how I made individual quilt "blocks" and made a DIY giant cookie quilt.

Wow. They are beautiful. They also look like a lot of work.

I am a quilter, too...and I have thoroughly enjoyed your "eatable" quilting.  The newer colors are really cute, but I must say the blues in your header grabbed my heart.  As soon as my cake dec classes are over, I think I MUST try some :)  Did I miss how your cookies were received on your mission trip?  I saw where you came back (obviously) but had hoped to hear a wee bit about the ladies there.  Keep up the inspirations.

Not only are you the Queen of Piping when it comes to quilts, your designs are always home runs.  Another fantastic quilt collection - great job!!!

Hi Brenda. Thanks so much for your kind comments. The cookies taken to Ukraine were loved by all. I guess I never mentioned it. Sorry about that. If you look at my Ukraine blog, that is where I talked about UA non-stop. :) http://craziecommitment.blogspot.com/
