Pam, these are adorable!  My Mom has spent her entire life sewing, doing every type of craft.  These cookies would be perfect for her.  I'm trying to figure out how you made the thimbles! Carrie

Wonderful (as usual)!! :) I would also love to know how you made the dimples on the thimble. I am trying to figure out a way to do that for a golf ball cookie. Thanks so much.

 I used an end of a paint brush just when the icing had crusted.
