Making Coneflower Cookies (Tutorial)

One of my favorite flowers is the coneflower (Echinacea). There's something about the way their centers pop up and the petals lay down that is so beautiful to me.

Since I'd never seen a coneflower cookie.....of course I had to try some. :)
