Here's Emily's boys enjoying the cookies she just won last week in the February Blog Give-Away. :)

And more Valentines cookies to show you.....of course. ;)

those are the thickest dadgum cookies I have ever seen -- they look like brownies! How do you ever make enough dough for a batch of cookies??

Lovely as usual, of course.

Pam,
They loved every bite of every cookie I let them have! All of the cookies have been gobbled up. They were delicious! Thanks, again, for the amazing cookies.

Thank you everyone. :)

Cozyflier.....I was hinting that I am making MORE Valentine cookies. ;) Several orders this week. Mardi gras and St. Pats are not in my repertoire. Sorry.

Jenny....I always make my cookies that thick....I guess they are just easier to see with the dark cookie.

Emily, I'm so glad that you and your family enjoyed them. :) And thanks for the pics. They brought a smile to my face.

Lovely cookies! What lucky kids.

When you drop in white on red, do you have trouble with the colors bleeding? And if not, how do you prevent it? Thanks!

Wow..Just WOW! That is all I can say, your talent amazes me! I have a question for you. I made my first cookies last week and took them to work to share with my co-workers, well long story short, I was asked to make cookies for them...the MONEY! Blew my socks off, using your recipes and your tips, someone wants to PAY ME to make cookies, now that is a first. Thankfully they want them for Valentines day, so I have the weekend to work on them, I babble...sorry! Anyway to the question...Can I double the cookie and glaze recipes? I have a 6 quart Kitchen Aid mixer, so I know it can handle it, but is the recipe ok to double, I know some recipes don't work well doubled, and since you make so many cookies I thought maybe you could give me some help.

Thank you thank you thank you for all that you share with us, what a blessing. My name is Kimmie, and I have the cookie bug. My husband is even asking for cookies to share with the guys he has coffee with every morning, now that is a complement!

Thanks again Pam, you have truely blessed me, and with your help, I hope I can bless others!

frankdiabetes.....yes, I have trouble with it all the time. I've learned to not put red next to white. ;) But when I have to.....I put the red on first.....let dry for hours....then add the white. No guarantees though.

Kimmie....that is fabulous! I'm so glad the everyone is loving your cookies. :) Yes, I double both recipes all the time. And my 6 quart mixer has not trouble handling it. And I'm so glad to share with you. You are ALREADY bringing lots of joy. :)
