More Candy Corn and Minis

I went crazie with candy corns and minis too. What's new, right?

I made the minis into buttons. It seemed appropriate with my quilting/patchwork/country style.

Happy Harvest everyone!

Punkins :)

I made several varieties this week.....trying out different techniques. Fun. :)

I'll be back later this weekend.

Acorn Crazie.....

A new version of that green!

It's chilly (again)......feels like fall (again). If it would only stick around and not go back to warm weather......maybe we could believe it was fall. :)

Surprises for Callye & Family :)

Yesterday I posted some of the pics of cookie I sent to Callye (SweetSugarBelle) and her family. Her husband, Bernie, loves the taste of my cookies best (blush, blush) and since he is an all around wonderful guy (Callye brags on him all the time)......I wanted to send him some cookies.

So I sent larger cookies for cookies for the rest of the family......
and then a special set of cookies for the entire family.

And since I admire Callye and her work so much, I wanted to make her a very special cookie. Since she is the queen of queens in the cookie is her lovely crown.....

I wish you could see all the disco dust and luster dust I have on this cookie.
The photo didn't really capture it well :o)

This week will be a little odd for me. I hope to do some more fall cookies for the fun of it.....but then I have an order of soccer cookies I need to do for beginning of next week. I think it is kind of funny since I know many of my cookie friends will be frantically making tons and tons of cookies for the holiday on Sunday.

Hopefully I'll be back later this week.

Fall Cookies for a Friend

Some of the same designs.....but I'm getting "fancier" with my photos backgrounds. (I went from white BG to black. hee hee)

Plus I've started using more natural light recently, and I'm a little happier with how my photos are turning out.

So, I guess you could say that I'm "showing off" my photography.
(Those of you who REALLY know how to take photos, please don't laugh at me....)

And regular sized cookies.....

Later alligators.

Fun With Candy Corn :)

I love candy corn!
Have you tried it as a mix with peanuts?'s kind of like a payday candy bar, but better, actually.

I just got a small candy corn cutter from a few months ago, so I was excited to use it for this season. It has been the perfect size and shape for candy corn cookies.

Here's my funny smiley candy corns.....same design as last year, but hopefully I'm getting better at it.

I hope to post more pics tomorrow after work. :)

Growing a Pumpkin Patch....

Busy week.......almost 100 breast cancer awareness ribbons, lots of pumpkins, and then more fall cookies tomorrow. Yesterday my son said that cookies were taking over the house. ;)

My good friend, Maryann (Cookie Artisan) just sent me this pic from Cookie Camp.
I don't have many photos of me I thought I'd post. I have to admit that this decorating session was hard for me. I normally stand when I decorate and I'm close to the kitchen and a sink. At camp, I sat at a table (which is what most decorators do) and I was quite a walk from the kitchen and this was a bit out of my comfort zone. But I made it. :)

On to the pumpkin patch......I was nearly seeing pumpkins in my sleep last night. hee hee

Later alligator....

Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbons

Here's what I was up to yesterday.......knee high in ribbons. :)

Thanks Maryann for letting me use your cool idea of changing up the pink ribbons.

More cookies to come.....

She has two I made a very pink cookie in hopes she has a girl. :)

I just made 14 dozen cookies in the last 24 now it is time to decorate. Yippee!
You'll be seeing more pics this week.

Autumn Minis Jar

You know how much I love minis.....and jars. So it seems natural that every chance I get, I put those two together. :)'s a pic of the platter of autumn cookies my husband will take to work tomorrow for Boss's Day.

And here's the minis (about 1" to 1 1/2" in size) I did this last week. Fun, fun, fun!

And finally the cute little jar of autumn minis that I gave to a friend for her birthday. :)
I love doing these!
I'm already baking again today for this next week's orders. I'll be doing cookies for breast CA awareness and more autumn cookies. Have a great week everyone!

Not-So-Scary Scarecrows :)

I got to make a bunch of fall cookies this season so much.

I tried a new scarecrow design. At first, it wasn't turning out very well.....but finally at the end I got the hang of it by making them more simpler than I'd planned.
(Notice the one on the left bottom......that was one of my CRAZIE first ones. lol He's a bit much!)

Tomorrow I'll show you my fall minis and the jar I put together.

Cookies for A Cookie Friend

I sent these cookies to a cookie friend in Australia for a cookie swap in one of my groups.

The left one was inspired by some very awesome fall napkins that my good friend Maryann, The Cookie Artisan, bought for me while we were shopping during Cookie Camp. :) What fun!

Hopefully I'll have some more cookies done tomorrow to show you this weekend.....

Brown & Pink Celebration

I promised another large set and here they are...... brown and pink dresses and birthday cakes. With three shades of pink and three shades of brown......I had lots of fun. :)

I'll be able to breath again when all these baby and birthday cookies arrive safely to their destinations. Expect a big gasp of air about Thursday or Friday. ;o)

This next week is football and fall. Yippee!

Baby Girl Crazie!

Are you ready?

You know me and my CRAZINESS. I finally got an order for baby GIRL cookies and since I had to make so many, I had a chance to make a huge variety.
I had lots and lots and LOTS of fun with these. lol

I tried to make every cookie (except the rattles) there's lots of pictures here so that I could show them all. I made 70 baby cookies, room for many designs. And lots and lots of pink with a splash of yellow and purple. :)

Nothing new about rattles....except the PINK and the variety of colors.

Lots of bibs in every color and pattern......

Gotta use plaid in everything, right? :)

Baby stuff. :)

Onesies......girl onesies! I got a little crazie with these. lol

Random patterns....

And of course.....a new plaid idea. :)

I'm fond of these two just because they are a bit different.....

And here's my favorite onesies....especially the middle one.

My faves of the baby girl set.

I have another large set to show you later this weekend......but right now I have about 150 cookies to bag and get ready to send. Yikes!

An Autumn "Thank You"

A friend ordered a dozen cookies this week to say thank you to someone. She gave me full liberty to do whatever I of course I chose an autumn theme since I've been itching to start making autumn cookies. I had such fun with these. are you ready for my FAVORITE autumn cookie so far this year????

You know how much I love to do quilt/patchwork type stuff, right? Well I saw these cute primitive candy corns somewhere recently and decided to give it a try. It seems EVERYONE has done candy corn cookies before....and they all look basically the same.

Well THESE are different!

Ok I know I'm having way too much fun with this, but I'm excited about how they turned out. :)

Here they are.....what do you think? I tried to do "gingham" on the bottom third. I like the one on the left much better because I think it looks more like gingham.....but either way, I'm happy how these turned out. =)

Here's the "Thanks" set I did for my friend. Have I told you how much I love fall????? lol

Next week I have two huge orders (well at least huge for ME......after hearing from the ladies at cookie camp.....I really don't know what a HUGE order is!). So I'll be busy making girly dresses, birthday cakes, and baby GIRL cookies. (I'm so excited because I haven't EVER done an order of GIRL baby cookies.....only boy. It's time to get out the lace and frillies. Can't wait!)

Needless to fall cookies for a couple more weeks. I'll be back. :)
