Here's some sample cookies I did for a friend's boss. We're both hoping he'll make a big order for his company to celebrate a great first quarter. :) (I included the actual logo up on top above the four cookies.)

This set will be a bouquet for someone who is retiring. How did I ever live without that oval scalloped cutter? I love how it brings a group of cookies together.

Another small order........ girly butterflies.

And this last one was an experiment. I had this cookie left over.....so I decided to try a lacy plaid quilt-like cookie. I took this pic, and then tried to add stitches with a marker.....but the icing was too wet and I messed it all up. So I cut it into pieces and shared it with the fam. Jill was walking out the door with a smile on her face and a part of a freshly decorated cookie in her hand. :)
I love the lacy look.....but it sure does take lots of time to add all those little details. :o)

Next week I only have one order. Yippee! I'm excited about taking some time to get all my decorating stuff organized. I've bought a bunch of totes and plastic drawers to put all my cutters in (I have so many, they won't fit in the kitchen cabinet anymore! lol)
Have a great weekend everyone.....

You are so talented, Pam! I've only recently started making cookies... how long did it take you to get "good" (great!) at decorating? I've only made one batch so far but it's a little frustrating how my cookies turned out....
I love your scallop oval too! Where did you get it from?
I feel so much better hearing you say that you are as slow as a turtle! I thought I was the only "turtle" in the group! LOL
I never tire of looking at your cookies...such amazing detail. Love those little girly butterflies!

All your cookies look great Pam. Love looking at them.
Do you do orders of less then a dozen? Other than for a bouquet?
Pam-
The cookies for my mother-in-law's bouquet look great! I can't wait to see it completed! I look forward to picking them up on Monday.... I'll call before I head your way.

Thanks everyone. :)
TracePoo.....it just takes time. practice, practice, practice and you will get good. :)
Susan, I got the oval from Ecrandal as a custom cutter. I don't know if Eric offers it on his site or not.
So we're both a bunch of turtles? lol
Sweet Creations....you're right, my orders start at a dozen (except for bouquets which I will not ship).
Oh Amy, I'm so glad you like them. I can't wait for you to see them Monday. :)
Pam your cookies are amazing, as usual. You are such an inspiration for me...
How do you attach your sticks to the cookies in your bouquet? I'v always baked mine in the cookies, but I'm not real happy with the results. Thanks!!
Jennifer.....I just use clear packing tape (it's really strong) and tape the stick onto the back of the bag. When you put the cookie in the bag (it seems upside down) then wrap the ribbon around both the bag and the stick. I've never experienced any problems with this method except that the cookies moves around some in the bag....but I'm sure that happens with cookies baked with a stick too.
i can't belive what a beautiful details you make on your cookies. love it! You have a special recipe for your cookies?
Thanks cccris......look at my FAQ for recipe links. :)
